Help with a question or illustration

Use the subject Content correction and include:

• The country and licence category you selected.
• The page address, question identifier or test number, where available.
• The wording, answer, translation or part of the picture you believe needs checking.
• An official source link and the relevant passage, if you have one.

AI illustrations can contain misleading visual details. Please point out unclear mirrors, signs, lane markings or road geometry as well as errors in the text. Our editorial policy explains the current review limits.

Help with the website

Use the subject Website support. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your browser or device type and an approximate time. A short description is usually enough to begin checking the problem.

Guest progress is tied to a session in the browser you used. If you can still open that session, the account settings in the practice area provide data export and deletion controls.

Privacy, access or deletion requests

Use the subject Privacy request and explain whether you want access, a correction, deletion or another action concerning your information. We may need to verify that a request relates to your session or account before changing its data.

Please do not email passwords, session cookies, payment card details, a driving licence, passport or national identity number. Avoid including other people’s personal information in screenshots. We will ask for only the information needed to understand and verify your request.
